Position wanted: professional roller coaster rider (part 2)

(cont.)

Top thrill dragster

Wow. Best thrill coaster. You get launched 120 mph in 4 seconds and ascend to 420 ft before spiraling back to earth. And the drop is straight down. Only downfall is it's 17 seconds long. We can't get half a minute at least!?

Also, the 30 seconds you wait on the track with the ascent in front of you really makes for great suspense. Afterwards John asked how long I thought it was because he didn't know if it was two minutes or five. He again had sweaty palms pre-launch.

Raptor

Fun coaster which is essentially the same as batman (six flags nj) or mind eraser (six flags NE). Also the line where we saw the most jorts, mullets, and cut off tees. You stay classy Sandusky.

Magnum
We wouldn't know how this ride was since it "broke down" after we waited 30 mins for it. Apparently it was unveiled in 1989...maybe time to retire this clunker. No, we aren't bitter.

Bill gave us the good idea to write each day "what we learned."
What we learned today: John is very afraid of heights and there is no coaster in the world that can fix him.
